Cancellation Policy

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Payment: You understand that all payments made for booking a session or purchasing a package are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is initiated by our company. Cancellation Notice: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full amount for the session. Exceptions to this policy will be considered only in cases of medical emergencies or family emergencies. Session Duration: Once a meeting/session starts, it will be considered a full session, regardless of whether you choose to leave before the scheduled 50-minute duration. No partial refunds or adjustments will be made for sessions ended early by the client. Privacy and Security: Our company does not retain your credit card information. All payments to our company are processed by you directly. Should you identify any unrecognized payments made to our company, please inform us immediately and contact your bank to dispute the charges. Internet Issues During Sessions: The only circumstance under which your coach is authorized to send you another link during a session is if you experience an internet problem that disrupts the session. This clause ensures continuity and quality of the session, addressing technical issues promptly. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of our cancellation policy. Your booking of a session or purchase of a package signifies your consent to these conditions.
